Absolutely delighted with my laser treatment here at numie clinic! Eemaan is a great girl and makes you feel at ease with each session. Polite, caring and a good listener too. With being very shy and embarrassed about my pcos I avoided to have laser treatment for years because of the fact of the hair on my face but when I had my consultation Ellie explained everything to me and made me feel so relaxed that now I can’t thank them enough for the change in my life! I had to shave, pluck and use veet cream to hide my hairy face and now it’s a top up every now and then and the shaving is basically non existent. I also can actually go out or even go work without make up and don’t feel embarrassed at all no more. So thank you to both Ellie and Eemaan for making my life that more meaningful and wonderful! I've been receiving treatment for hyperpigmentation at the clinic over several months and the results are amazing. Ellie recommended the Obagi-C treatment system and as well as treating my hyperpigmentation, it has smoothed my skin texture, so much that I now feel confident enough to go out without make-up whereas before I wouldn't have dared to go out without it. My friends have also noticed the improvement to my skin condition. Ellie took photos of my skin at the start of treatment and she takes photos on each visit to the clinic to show my progress. The receptionist Sadiyah is super efficient attentive and remembers my name. Whenever I ring I know if Sadiyah answers my call whether I need a product or a call near black friday with offers she's on it... I've left messages on answer phones if they're busy and these things aren't always dealt with. I was extremely sad to hear Sadiyah is leaving... She is an asset that needed to be treasured and kept... She's excellent at her job and I'm really sad to hear she's going! Please appreciate the good staff as they are so hard to come by... However Eemaan, Ellie and Avnika are great for treatments so I'm glad we still have them as well as Varsha and Rosina. This place is great for treatments but the team made it... My daughter referred me to Ellie after having laser hair removal treatment which made a huge difference in her self confidence. I suffer with pigmentation issues and felt very insecure about my skin. I first came to this clinic because I was suffering from a major breakout of dark spots on my face. Ellie was fantastic and recommended the Obaji skin care range which completely cleared all my spots and smoothened my skin within a few months. Her attention to detail was very thorough and she listened to all my concerns during our regular check ins. I’ve also had microdermabrasion with Ellie and now my skin feels softer than ever! I first had laser treatments with Varsha almost nine years ago, and the results have been nothing short of flawless ever since. The treated areas have remained smooth and hair-free, making it one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Recently, I decided to come back and treat other areas because I was tired of the constant waxing routine.

The clinic now has new and improved equipment that’s even better suited for darker skin tones, which was a great update since the original machine was already fantastic. I just had my first treatment with the new machine, and I’m amazed at how painless and effective it was—honestly, it almost feels too good to be true!

I can’t believe I put up with waxing for so long when I knew Varsha and her exceptional laser skills were the real solution all along. If you're considering laser treatment, I can't recommend Varsha enough. She’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always delivers outstanding results.
