You will only be charged a missed appointment fee if you fail to provide 48 hours notice that you are unable to attend your appointment or do not show up for your appointment.
48 hours is required so the clinic has sufficient time to offer your appointment slot to an alternative client. Managing the appointments in this way ensures the clinic has the best possible capacity to offer the appointment to you and other patients.
When booking any treatment session or a free consultation, a missed appointment charge of £50 will apply if you do not provide 48-hour notice or simply do not show up for your appointment.
As an aide-memoire, you should receive an email before your appointment and at least one text message to your mobile phone. The clinic will also endeavour to call you the day before your appointment.
